Despite a few minor drawbacks like language barriers and difficulty with communication, overall, I would recommend this riad for a memorable stay in the city.

During my stay at the riad, I was greeted with a warm welcome and the best mint tea I had in all of Morocco. The owners were incredibly informative and hospitable, providing me with valuable advice for navigating the city. The communal space was lovely, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The room itself was spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. I also appreciated the fact that the riad was located between the old and new towns, making it easy to explore both areas. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this riad to others.

We had an incredible time staying at this special Riad. The owners, Saad and Hanane, were warm and hospitable, creating a lovely atmosphere. The architectural details of the Riad were beautiful, the food cooked by Hanane was delicious, and Saad played old jazz and blues on the roof in the evenings. The staff, particularly Karim, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was ideal, and the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. Riad Bel Kayed provided a fantastic experience for travelers on a budget.

I loved the value for money at this hotel, it was absolutely worth every penny. The room was comfortable and spacious, making our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to the king's palace and the old Jewish part of the medina. The staff treated us like family, providing us with warm hospitality and helpful recommendations.

Oh, how frustrating! Cold pastries for breakfast and only one cup of tea or coffee.

Good breakfast, comfy bed, plenty of hot water. Heater kept us warm. Laundry service available. Hosts were generous with their time.

I recently stayed at Riad Bel Kayed in Fes for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The host, Saad, was incredibly helpful and even sent assistance when we got lost upon arrival. He also arranged a fantastic trip to Meknes, where we learned a lot about Moroccan culture from our driver, Hamsa. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful Moroccan-style decor. The breakfasts were diverse and delicious, and the location was great, just a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park to the old medina.

The staff at the 24-hour front desk were incredibly multilingual, speaking Arabic, English, Spanish, and French. It was like having a personal translator by your side!
